Amira Chalbi Neffati has a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction and is a UX Researcher with a deep knowledge about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning principles and use cases. She has extensive experience in the domain of digital banking and customer engagement applications and services. She is passionate about bridging emerging AI technologies and user-centered approaches into the process of product design and innovation. She strongly advocates for accessibility and inclusiveness to be the core of UX design and research and she has been actively engaged within the UX community in France and in the UK.
About Barbara Chicca
Barbara Chicca is a UX Designer, currently working at Twilio, where she focuses on shaping how organisations communicate with people. With a background in system thinking, service design and cognitive psychology, she became interested in the new human-computer interaction paradigm introduced by AI and how it changes the work of every profession involved in creating digital experiences. She is an optimist who believes in making technology work for us rather than the opposite.
